Egg Sweet Potato Curry


Ingredients :

Eggs - 2 ( boiled )

Sweet Potato - 2 ( cut it to round slices )

Onions - 2 ( chopped )

Green chilies - 5

Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 to 1 tbl spoon

Turmeric Powder

Salt - to taste

Sugar - 1/2 tbl spoon

tamarind - 1/2 lemon size ( soak in water )

Oil - 5 tbl spoons

Process :

1. Take Pan add oil 2 tbl spoons and heat it. Now add turmeric powder, eggs. Fry them and take it out.

2. Now in that Pan add 3 tbl spoons Oil and add onion pieces, green chillies and fry it well.

3. Now add red chilli powder, salt and mix it.

4. Take tamarind paste and add in that. And add some water, sugar and boil until sweet potato boils.

Kima Curry


Ingredients :

Kima (Keema) - 1/2 kg

Onions - 3

Green Chillies - 5

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbl spoon

Garam Masala - ½ tbl spoon

Chilli Powder - 1 tbl spoon

Salt - to taste

Turmeric Powder

Corainder Leaves - 1 bunch

Oil - 5 tbl spoons

Process :

1. Take Pan and keep oil in that. Now heat the oil. Then add in onion pieces, green chillies and fry it.

2. Add ginger garlic paste and garam masala then fry it.

3. Now add Kima in that and fry it. Then add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry it.

4. Add water in that and boil until Kima cooks. After sometime when you are ready to remove from the stove garnish coriander leaves in that.

4. Now serve Kima Curry with hot rice.

Cauliflower Tomato Curry


Ingredients :

Cauliflower - 1

Onions - 2

Green Chillies - 6

Tomatos - 2 to 3

Red Chilli Powder - 1 to 1 1/2 tbl spoons

Turmeric Powder

Salt - To taste

Oil - 3 tbl spoons

Mustard Seeds - 2 tl spoons

Process :

1. Taken Pan add oil and heat it. Now keep mustard seeds,onion pieces, green chillies and fry it well.

2. Now add cauliflower pieces ( Separate them into small flowers ) and fry it. Now add tomato pieces and cover with cap and fry it for sometime .

3. Add red chilli powder , turmeric powder, salt and fry it. Now add some water and boil for sometime until cauliflower cooks .

Raw Banana Fry


Ingredients :

Raw Banana - 1 ( Small sliced pieces )

Onions - 2

Red Chillies - 5

Jeera - 1 tbl spoon

Garlic - 2

Red chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tbl spoon

Turmeric Powder

Salt - to taste

Curry Leaves

Oil - 4 to 6 tbl spoons

Mustard Seeds - 1 tbl spoon

Process :

1 . First Grinde jeera , garlic , 4 red chillies and add onion pieces and grinde it.

2. Take pan and heat oil in that and add mustard seeds , curry leaves , 1 red chilli fry it . Now add onion paste and fry it well . Then add raw banana and fry it .

3. Now add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt and fry it .

4. Now close with cap ( if you close the cap of that pan raw banana will boil soon ) and fry it untill the raw banana boiled .

5. And serve with hot rice .

Chicken Curry


Ingredients :
Chicken - ½ kg

Onions - 4

Green Chillies - 5

Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbl spoon

Garam Masala - 1 tbl spoon

Chilli Powder - 1 ½ tbl spoon

Salt

Turmeric Powder

Corainder Leaves

Oil

Process :
1.Take Pan and keep oil in that. Now heat the oil. Now keep in that onion pieces, green chillies and fry it .

2.Now keep ginger garlic paste, garam masala and fry it.

3.Now add chicken pieces and fry it. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry it.

4.Now add water in that and keep until the chicken boils. After sometime when you are ready to remove from the stove keep coriander leaves in that.

Cake

Ingredients :

Eggs - 3

(Beat eggs with blender.If u get egg juice 1cup , count the remaining items as like egg juice.)

Sugar - 1cup

Maida - 1cup

Butter - 1cup

Baking Powder - 1/4 tbl spoon

(For how many eggs also you have to use less baking powder.Then cake will be soft otherwise it will become very hard.)

Cashews
Process :

1. Break the eggs and make it juice . Then add sugar and mix well.

2. Then heat butter and add in that mix .

3. Then add maida, baking powder and mix well.

4. Now heat Oven 360degrees and after sometime reduce to 320 degrees. Now take one bowl and apply ghee for that and Keep that mix in that bowl and keep in Oven.

5. After 10mins add cashews in that . After 20mins you have to check carefully. then Cake is ready.

2. Now keep gingergarlic paste, garam masala and fry it. Now add Potato pieces and fry it. Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and fry it .

3. Now add water in that and keep until the potato boils. After sometime when you are ready to remove from the stove keep coriander leaves in that.

Potato Beans Fry


Ingredients :

Potato - 2

Beans - 250 gms

Onions - 2 ( finely chopped )

Garam Masala - 1/4 tbl spoon

Dania Powder - 1/4 tbl spoon

Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbl spoon

Turmeric Powder

Salt - to taste ( 1 to 1 1/2 tbl spoon )

Oil - 4 to 5 tbl spoons

Red Chillies - 2

Mustard Seeds - 1 tbl spoon

Curry Leaves

Process :

1. Take Pan add oil and heat it . Now add mustard seeds, red chiilies, cuury leaves, curry leaves and fry it.

2. Add onion pieces and 2 mins in high flame . Add beans pieces and fry for 2mins. Then add potato pieces and fry 2 mins and close lid for 3 min.

3. Now add dania powder, garam masala, karam, turmeric powder, salt and fry it .

4. Now close with cap ( if you close the cap of that pan beans, potato will boil soon ) and fry it untill beans,potato boiled.

Vermicelli Payasam


Ingredients :

Milk - 1 Lt ( 10 tea cups)

Vermicelli - 1 Cup

Sabudana (saggubiyyam) - 1 Cup

Sugar - 2 cups

Cashew Nuts - 2 tbl spoons

Ghee - 2 tbl spoons

Elachi - 3 (make it powder )

Process :

1. Take pan and add 1 tbl spoon ghee and add vermicelli in that and fry it light brown.

2. Now add 1 tbl spoon ghee and fry cashew nuts.

3. Boil the milk in a vessel . Add sabudana cook until soft.

4. Now add vermicelli cook until soft.

5. After cooked add sugar and cook for few more minutes.

6. Now add cashew nuts in this to the payasam.

7. Also add elachi powder . Now payasam is ready.
